Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Wyoming Wild Organics, we want to ensure that you have clarity on how to manage your purchases, including pre-orders and standard purchases. Below are the details regarding cancellation:
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that may be low in stock or temporarily out of stock. We collect payment in full at checkout. Some items are marked as "pre-order" to indicate that if a purchase exceeds our current batch production, we can still process your order and ship promptly, as we create multiple batches of products weekly.
- Cancellation of Pre-Orders: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If it has already been fulfilled, you will have to follow the procedures listed under our Return Policy.
Standard Purchases
For standard purchases, we begin processing promptly once your order is confirmed.
- Cancellation of Standard Purchases: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email: We will gladly process your cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already shipped, you must follow our return policy upon receipt of the item.
