Wyoming Wild Organics Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at wyowildorganics@outlook.com with your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return. Wyoming Wild Organics will not cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure you send your return to the following address: P.O. Box 20665

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (such as obvious damage, melting, etc.), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns will only be accepted for damaged goods or manufacturing flaws.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on final sale items.


Exchanges

After your return is processed, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Then, you can make a separate purchase for the item you desire.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
